Here we are with the host herself- Ellie Lafaro- She invited us one
condition- we must participate in the talent show-I played and made
Bekah sing! Pizza was good, but the NY bakery cookies were awesome!

Last night we got to hang out with some of my friends from NY in VA at
the Lafaro's pizza party taken show! Maria and her new husband Matt
French and her sister Gina. Great catching up. Rebekah, me, Gina, Matt
and Maria

Tad Agoglia - Top 10 CNN Hero - he used to go to my home church. Now
he runs a first response team in the US for natural disaster. Check

Sometimes it's better to have live action band shots-no ketchup stains
were aquired. Great time playing at Real Life Youth with Ben, Andrew,
Brandon, and Eric- thanks boys!

Mass renewal of vows- it was one big- "you may now kiss your wife"

Date 2 - Married Couples Weeked - Strasburg PA - There must be
something about the rain- we can't get away from it.

It's in- hot of the press- our new CD has arrived- looking forward to
sharing it with you all- iTunes will follow in a few weeks. So nice to
finally have it in hand. I hope and pray that God uses it to bless
others- always amazed that he gives me songs. Thanks God!

This is the church we were at this weekend - Philadelphia Church
Seattle, WA. This sign is a landmark in the community. This sign was
once cutting edge then outdated and now old enough to be considered
retro with a very renissance city. (joseph garrastegui would being
taking pictures like crazy around here- this ones for you)

Blue C's - If you like sushi this is the place to go- but move fast or
the sushi will pass you by.

Worship at Philadelphia Church Wired Worship service. Great band.
Loud. A bit deaf at the moment. Bekah and
I are sick but somehow still able to sing and worship- a bit of that
extraordinary strength. This morning went great as well. Now for
fellowship and food. I could get used to all the food- very nice
restaurants.

We happened upon this troll under a bridge. Check out the VW Bug in

We arrived in Seattle- Beautiful city- just ate at the "high life"-
Its an old firehouse. Now it's time for bed- my body says it's 1am-
goodnight from Seattle

Bekah wanted her picture with the Moose. I don't know why, I just take
the pictures. Now off to Seattle!

We arrived- safe and sound- goodnight

Somewhere between Pittsburg and DC I am enjoying a cookie and
Starbucks (shoutout to Jeremy and Sarah for the treats) while Rebekah 
winds us through the rolling hills of PA. It's nearing the midnight
hour and we are still a distance away from our destination.

Our view for the next 2-3 hours. Yippee!

We are officially homeless. A bittersweet moment as we leave our first
home. So long Elkhart...hello D.C.

I took this at RedRobin in Fort Wayne IN. Made me think of my cousin
Mike Parisi- got to see him in the majors this summer- thanks for the
tickets! Get better

How to retrieve your keys from a pond... 

Yes, this is my ultimate "Ahhh! I've lost my keys" scenario. 

Pic 1 - A nice fishing outing on the Messick's Pond. Notice the red encircled keys. I like to hang the clicker in my pocket and let the keys hang out so they don't scratch my phone. As you will see below this is not a very smart idea and has plagued me ever so much with loosing my keys.

Pic 2 - Note how the keys are missing from my pocket. I did a little casting and cast my keys out of my pocket and right off the dock. Jordan, Steve and I are now watching the bubbles of where the keys disappeared, contemplating their recovery and wondering "How deep could it really be?"

Pic 3 - Well lets see how deep it is. This is only a small pond... mind you, Jordan and Jimmy both caught 18" Bass moments early... and I hate ponds for fear of having a bass mistake my fingers for worms.

Pic 4 - So I still haven't reached the bottom...

Pic 5 - Time to get a little adventurous. I have reached the bottom, but no sign of the keys :(

Pic 6 - Time to go all in - Head first, both hands - Important Note - I recently lost 19 pounds. My jeans are not very tight anymore. There was a close call at one point, but thanks to Steve and Jordan I remained in my pants.

Because of this man I am up way to early and fishing? Oh well it's
only 32 out. What! Brrr!

2 is always better then 1... Is that the correct "then/than"? I always
get them confused. Actually I often use poor grammer when typing-
thanks dad! Ha!
